These values seem way off. Emeril sold his media rights to Martha Stewart's company for $50M ($45M in cash and $5M in stocks) in 2008. $45M cash in 2008 even if all of it was invested in early 2008 is worth a considerable amount more now. And this doesn't account for any money from his restaurant empire.

These numbers are never correct, they are just estimates.
And whose to say Emeril invested that money and didn't use it to pay off personal or business debts. You just never know.
