12" Skillet Recommendations - no non-stick coating

I'm looking to buy a nice 12" skillet. I'm looking for something that doesn't have a non-stick coating. I already have a 12" cast iron skillet, but want to add something like an enamel coated cast iron or something similar. Lodge and Le Creuset have some enameled skillets like this but they aren't big enough - the biggest I've seen is around 10" like this one: LINK
That skillet above would be perfect if it were big enough. Anyone have a recommendation?

Tramontina has a 12" enameled cast iron skillet on Amazon.

Can't go wrong with an All Clad 12" stainless steel skillet.

Doesn't that have a non-stick coating though? I thought OP was looking to avoid that.

I'll recommend the HexClad brand. A few months back I ordered a 6 piece set of their pots and I'm impressed with how easy they are to clean and nonstick properties. Check 'em out! The pans and wok are on my list to get next.

Just bought a 3.5 quart Made-In saute pan. Was impressed and got on the waitlist for their carbon steel line.

I’ve seen stuff on the hexclad. It looks great but damn, how much $ did a 6 piece set run you?

All Clad 12” $99 with lid
This would be my purchase. I have a 10” and an 11” French skillet and they are great!

What’s your intended use for the pan?
Enamel coated CI isn’t a very good material choice for a frying pan, IMO.

Not what you think. It was like $299.00 for 2 sauce pans and a large pot with lids. The lids count as a piece. Haven't had any issues at all and even cooking rice in them is easy cleanup and doesn't stick.

I'm just looking for a versatile skillet that I can use for just about anything - eggs, browning meats, sauces (with tomato), sautéing vegetables, etc.
I'm not looking to use it for frying. I have a 12" cast iron and dutch oven for that.

I have a 12" AllClad (stainless steel) that I use heavily.
If I had to replace it, I'd buy the same thing again, or a similarly sized Demeyere.
I love my deBuyer carbon steel crepe pan, but I don't like maintaining uncoated steel or iron cookware.

The All Clad tri-ply option is a great one. I use mine for damn near every meal. It's not non-stick but you do sort of season them to create a less sticky surface. Incredibly even heat that is quick to take hold. Good balance of weight for sturdiness without being uncomfortable to pick up to shake whatever you're cooking. They offer 5-ply now but don't have any experience to tell you if it's worth the extra money.
