a little oyster goes a long long way, you only need 2 or 3 to fill any dish with oyster flavor

that said, i rather them fried more than anything else you can do with them

That’s a lot of oysters.

Grilled or fried seems like a good idea. Maybe use them for multiple applications.

Is oyster chowder a thing? Maybe paella? I’m not sure if you can do oysters Rockefeller without the shells. Maybe you could work that into a stuffing of some sort. That could be interesting.

Aren’t there recipes for oyster dressing?

Frozen oysters? Yuck. Maybe put them in gumbo where you can mask the flavor.

Oyster stew or oyster and artichoke soup are good options.

If they are frozen fresh you can't tell the difference.

Break them up and use them as ice cubes in your favorite drinks.
