I was told by some farmers that it was incredible how many tractors were left to flood when they blew the levee in Missouri AND in Arkansas where they'd just returned from (no levees blown in Arky but tractors in flood waters).

I guess they don't have time to haul everything off but dang, tractors go for 100K+.

you are obviously not aware of the financial windfall the POTUS pre-declaring the land you lease from the state so cheaply because it's in a flood way can bring?

i had cousins hauling old kobotas on flatbeds to to the "farm" --wink, wink. aka, the land they bail hay on.
