I guess the idea is that if he is suspended then he isn't on the active roster?

All it means that if he's on the active roster at 4pm he gets paid his full salary

No. He comes back week 5 vs Patriots. Just saw it in my Team Stream app.

We would assume the same. New Redskins DC Greg Manusky was the defensive boss in Indianapolis two years ago when CB Vontae Davis would shadow opposing No. 1 receivers.
