I don't understand why they don't put him on PUP. They aren't winning more than a game without Luck. He should honestly be shut down this year and make the offensive line a priority

It's criminal how much they have neglected protecting their #1 asset the last few years and not added to that offensive line. At least it seems to me.

maybe just not as good as some think he is. It was odd for the bills to completely give up on and now totally unclaimed?

Rumor that there must be some off the field stuff going on that hasn't been released. Seems to be based on nothing other than an improbable release and not being claimed. Still seems plausible.
