I'm so tired of overbidding on players. $15 on Daniel Thomas, next highest bid...$6.

If it makes you feel any better, I had a $60 bid on him that I removed.

I spent 33 each on James Jones and Nate Burleson.

Other bids were 27 for Jones and 18 and 15 for Burleson.

Burleson went for a buck in Droppings.

I'm asking this as a "guess I'm stupid" fantasy owner, not a "I'm being a total smart arse dick" but why the high bids on Jones?

That conference is full of bubbzs that want to take their money with them.

1. I feel like GB's offense is about to explode.
2. Jones gets a consistent number of targets each week. It's not a ton (6), but fairly consistent.
3. I like some of GB's matchups that are coming up as we enter bye weeks.
4. I can't take this FAAB money with me when I die. Might as well spend it.
5. I was drinking a little bit last night when I entered the bids.

Good points.

I nabbed Jones in a few leagues when Jennings was hurt. Been kinda disappointed in his play. I like him, though.

I originally had 36 on Burleson untill I decided I didn't like him as much.

I also lowered my bid on Jones.

I still love that people are bidding double figures on defenses
