RW3R will be up there with tdbl possibly in the future. Right now I would rank it ahead of TDFL but below tdbbl. FF is more luck than any other sport we play.

24 teams to win 1 championship is the hardest odds. To put on top of that, we pretty much hand picked the other half of the league.
Football may be the biggest crapshoot, it doesnt mean it isnt the hardest to win. Especially the 2011 version of TDFL. Not the same as when you won it. Not sure you can replicate the feeling

If I cared enough, I'd argue that RW is tougher.
Less keepers = need better draft strategy to win
Replace guys like Rouge, sox, Boo, and Honkus with owners who are making baseball moves throughout the offseason trying to get better like Toula, Lou, and Chat. A perennial champeen in chowds. Not to mention the heavy hitters in TDBL.
So yeah, RW is the toughest league in all of fantasy board land

as a person that is actually active in all leagues, i feel that our basketball league is the most unpredictable. Teams quit faster. It's much easier to just trade picks for players. It is hardly a league that promotes continuity or skill. "Oh, so and so got hurt. Let me trade him to one of the 8 teams that have sold out already!!!" "Oh, I need a PG. Let me trade a pick to get a top 25 players!!!".... come on. That league is a shell of the others. It's an arm's race to see who can land the biggest deal with a team selling out before the other.
the new format of FF threw a lot of the luck out of the window. I felt different than most other FF leagues ive played in. I cant speak for all of the TDFL leagues; this was the 1st one i played in.

People chalking football up to just a crapshoot pisses me of. Yeah, a guy off waivers is going to have more of an impact in football than any other sport, but taking guys that most people were not as high on and winning with them is as good as it gets.
