well we should decide which one we want to vote on.
my biggest thing is that the only problem with this league is its trend for people to sell out early, and for the end of the season turning into micro-level versions of the yanks and bo-sox with 4 teams buying everyone's players, and playing "skeleton teams" til the playoffs.
any and all changes should be slanted towards people staying competitive.

I proposed something last year in which if you had an injured player you could designate him as injured and put him on the IR and pick up a replacement. But if you put someone on your IR you can't use them for X amount of games even if they come back and play. And if they do come back and play the replacement player you picked up is not eligible to be used anymore and must be dropped
i think doing this for a week works. you can pick one player at any time from monday to sunday and designate him as injured, and you can't play him against until the next monday. he has to be injured per ESPN rules

i'm also down for 50 games per week
i'd support karma's injury idea

hell why dont we just average out every category at the end of the week if we are going to do this shite

i won't lie, i am supporting the games played/week mainly to have people stop talking shite about it. 50 is a pretty big #. 55-60 is better
playing the FA game is a skill, and a skill i'm good at. i'm voting against my interests

i just think its stupid.
its going to penalize the deeper teams at the end of the week when they cant play their bench players.
or they wont be able to play their bench players when they have to set their lineup earlier in the week and realizes they are going to have too many games.

it all typically ends up working out. the bitching to start every year is just insane

Last year was bad because of the strange schedules. In years past it hasn't been that big of a deal.

It's not as much the fa game as it is going into the week with 7 less games putting you at a disadvantage from the start. The it all evens out argument is dumb as the time it may "even out" for your opponent could be in the playoffs
I'm also still for having a designated playoff roster in which you have to establish your roster at the start of the week and the only way you can make a pickup is to replace an injured player. I know no one will vote for this but to me it's absurd to have 27 different guys play on your team in the playoffs it pretty much defeats the purpose of building a team

what if we capped FA pickups in the playoffs to 3 per week?
Posted on 9/24/12 at 10:48 pm to TigerPhan27
the playoff rule i want instituted is that non playoff teams are ineligible to pick up playoff team's dropped players.

Do y'all want to slow draft again?
Posted on 9/25/12 at 2:02 pm to PortCityTiger24

actually the bitching gets more ramped up as the season goes on and teams continually get screwed by it. Before the season people just like to say it all evens out

why we gotta slow draft? i think it just rewards people who don't know what the frick they're doing.
