Is it legal to have minor leaguers on your bench?

If they have ever been called up then sent back down, I believe they can be in your lineup.
I need clarification on that though

C. Minor Leagues
1. Each team will be allowed to roster 10 minor leaguers.
2. A player is eligible to be rostered as a minor leaguer until he reaches 400 AB or 150 IP.
a) Players that reach the threshold limits above must either be moved to the active roster or released.
b) Minor leaguers can NOT be on the active roster until they are called up to the major leagues.
c) Once a player has played in a MLB game, he can be moved back and forth from the minors to the active roster until the threshold is hit. Once that happens, the player can no longer be placed on a minor league roster, even if the player is actually no longer on an MLB active roster.
