Yall don't have to read it. Maybe some of the non defensive, non committee members will have an explanation or reasoning.

With your position on the committee it is pretty clear you are being defensive about it.
I'm not whining. Just trying to discuss the reasoning of this category, "let it die" and "that's what we voted on" isn't satisfying me.

I just want to know what you guys want to happen as a result of the conversation.

I gave you two kids four pages to whine about it. Nobody has taken your side at all. Everyone else knew IP was a category. This is entirely your fault. You are obviously just trying to argue. Quite certain that I'm not the only one tired of it.

In a perfect world, someone mentions in a thread, "hey, what does everyone think about using IP as a category? I realize few if any has used IP, but it is something we are considering."
Is that crazy to expect? Everyone in this league plays in board leagues. Have we ever just made a rule or scoring change without discussing it, expecting everyone to just read the rules? Cmon
As for knowing the rules..I read every rule except the scoring.. I figured it was what I said earlier and if there was a major change, it would be discussed like OBP shf slg was. I even asked questions pertaining to some rules. I'll chime in on anything brought to the table.?

This isn't a pity party. My team is fine either way. I don't expect my pitching to be bad enough where I have to chase IP to salvage a category.
However, Maybe next time it will be brought up in discussion before set in stone. That way when it's said and done, there can be a logical explanation for whatever is decided.
Been playing in these leagues a long time. I don't miss anything that has actually been discussed within the board.

I can understand that Marle. In the future any new rules or rule changes will be plastered all over the board.
Its tough to hammer out every detail in a league with 20 teams and 12 different scoring cats on top of other rulings. Half of us have all been in leagues together and half are a bunch of no name slapdicks that haven't been here for all the pages upon pages of ruling discussion. Reddfig was very clear that it was every owners responsibility to look over the constitution and rules and bring any issues to light.
What would be the point of having exactly the same league set up in ANOTHER league on this board anyway?
