Can we have a league trophy?

Yes, let's let the dude that just cashed 750 pay for it.

I "sold out" to play for next year's anyways, this year would've been lagniappe
It ain't getting any easier though. There are some strong teams, even at the bottom

Boostros vs ISP
Boo comes in riding a hot August with his Astros killing the ball. Jake Lamb has turned into somewhat of a pumpkin, Boo could use him to get hot. A near full slate of games could give him a nice jump on ISP today
ISP also has been hitting it pretty well, but overall his hitting is a notch behind Boo's.
Both staffs are pretty meh, Rondo hopes to ride the hot hands of Phelps and Verlander. Tonight could set the tone on the pitching cats, with Kazmir going into Cincy in a hitter friendly park, while Carasco goes into Oakland to face a crap team in a big park. Ron has the better pen.
In a close matchup, I think Boo takes hitting, Rondo takes pitching, but in the end, something like SB decides the matchup, which I think will go in Boo's favor due to a guy like Altuve

LE vs Reddfigg
I see pretty evenly matched hitting, may give the LE bump in the POP category. He's got some hot hitter; if Khris and Chris Davis and Harper get hot, they could go on tears. LE has more hitting depth, too. RFigg has a solid base of hitters, filling all the cats. This should be close hitting,
As for pitching, simply put, LE has better starting pitching, RFigg has better pen probably. Tailon vs Houston tonight could tell a lot; he'll either get knocked around or K 10.
I think this will be another close matchup. I think LE takes it with his pitching and just enough hitting.

MWG vs RDR
RDR comes in riding the scorching hot hand of Charlie Blackmon, Lucroy and Gary Sanchez. Can they stay hot and can he get help from the supporting cast? Gonna need it to beat MWG in hitting. Some of MWG early hot guys have cooled, but he still has the consistency from vets like E5, Pedroia, Beltre, and JD Martinez. Didi, Yasmani, and Gyorko are hot. Top to bottom he has better hitters and more depth. I see MWG winning hitting.
Starting pitching on both sides make me kinda ill, but MWG boasts a slew of elite RPs that will give him the edge in pitching. One bomb start could decide this matchup, but I see MWG taking it.
8 vs 1, tough spot for RDR. I think MWG wins this one.

Well he leads the league in steals and I am near the bottom.
My only chance is to manage my pitching well and take 1 or 2 hitting cats.

He hasn't been knocked around yet since being called up. Tonight would be a terrible time for that streak of 7 straight QS to end.

Against the Astros he could easily get knocked around despite striking out 10.

T&P vs Chat
This should be a good one; defending champ Chat vs the best manager in the league T. T&P comes in riding... Brad Miller and Kevin Schimpf (record scratches and music stops).... say what? If those guys keep it up and the vets show up, he could challenge Chat. Losing story hurts. Chat gets Yoenis back to pair with some consistent hitting studs - goldy, kinsler, longoria, papi. Tomas is mashing. Dee Gordon does his best Janikowski impression... I think Chat has a hitting edge here
Now this pitching matchup could be one for the ages. Both teams boast 4 top end SPs, I guess it comes down to which one blows up during the week? Some can be volatile - david price, greinke, salazar - all could go 9, or give up 5 ER in 5 IP. Let's look at the pens - not much there, it's essentially an edwin diaz vs melacon matchup
this is a tough one to call; could really go either way with two evenly matched clubs. i think i like chat's hitting top to bottom a little better, pitching is pretty even, so I will give Chat the nod in a close one

Houston OPS'ing .900 over the past week, better hitting team on the road
Hasnt faced the Stros yet, so I think works in his favor. But these guys are swinging the frick outta it
