The plan is for him to have his default position(TBD) then if he becomes elgible at another position per league rules he gains that elgibility. You will have to put him in one or the the active slot prior to period.

Herrera didn't even make his top 9 pitchers, which makes him useless in my ranking exercise.
I was referring more to him being able to add complementary pieces to his already skrong roster. Depth is huge in this league, obviously.

Do a little digging on KH, last year appears to be an outlier, which happens with RP a lot. One bad year then a rebound
Still relatively young, FB still averaged 97. Worst case is probably a trade to setup somewhere, but we can still count on ratios and some holds
