When 5 of your 7 SP are on the DL I don't think it's really called streaming.

I had a trade out that I canceled specifically so it wouldn't mess up my roster if it was accepted while I was asleep as I'm 7 hours ahead, I guess my lineup changed when i canceled. It was squared up all day yesterday.

your violation was that you didn't have your full allotment of P in your starting lineup.

Looks like you made it go illegal at 8:30 am then made another adjustment at 5:30 pm

Mon May 15, 2017, 6:31PM Gyno Polanco, Gregory OF - PIT Reserve Active 44
Gyno Hicks, Aaron OF - NYY Active Reserve 44
Mon May 15, 2017, 9:30AM Gyno Parker, Blake P - LAA Active Minors 44

Curious little wrinkle in Earl's transgression...His trade for Hoskins was accepted at 4:45 pm

Fri May 12, 2017, 5:45PM Swamie The Goodfellas Hoskins, Rhys (R) 1B - PHI Executed 41
The Goodfellas Swamie Belt, Brandon 1B,OF - SF 41
The Goodfellas Swamie 2018 Draft Pick, Round 1 (The Goodfellas) 41

He then makes roster moves at 4:46 pm moving Hoskins from his Minors to his reserve MLB roster:

Fri May 12, 2017, 5:46PM The Goodfellas Hoskins, Rhys (R) 1B - PHI Minors Reserve 41
Fri May 12, 2017, 5:46PM The Goodfellas Kepler, Max OF - MIN Reserve, UT Active, OF 41

seems curious

I wonder if that was automatically done when the trade went through, or not.

Either way, Earl lost stats for the day.

Dude should be forced to play with one less MiLB slot than the rest of the league for 12 months. That would be my penalty and appropriate in my eyes.

Zack Wheeler allowed one run on seven hits and one walk in 6.0 innings as the New York Mets lost to the Arizona Diamondbacks 7-3 on Monday. Wheeler struck out six, ending the game with a 3.76 ERA and 1.23 WHIP on the season. Wheeler finished with 108 pitches, the most he's thrown since returning from a two-year absence recovering from Tommy John surgery. The 26-year-old seems to be rounding back into form, as he's posted a 1.62 ERA and held opposing hitters to a .226 average over his last three starts.

My Zack is just as good

quote:

Zack Godley held the Mets to one run over 6 2/3 innings Monday in a no-decision.
Godley walked five but gave up only one hit, an RBI single to Rene Rivera in the top of the second inning. He struck out seven. The 27-year-old right-hander boasts a 1.93 ERA, 0.96 WHIP, and 19/9 K/BB ratio through 18 2/3 innings (three starts) this season at the major league level and he has a juicy matchup this weekend against the Padres.

Surprised all the teams looking for sp didn't offer something for Triggs.

Wish he didn't go to the team I'm playing this week.

I added Rodney at 9:29am, sent Parker to minors at 9:30am. Thought it put Rodney in there

The offers I got for him the past two weeks were very underwhelming.

89.

Vargas has the 86er

And the 2.17/3.63/3.72 FIP/xFIP/Sierra. Which are all better than Triggs and many needing SP could use.

I asked about him two weeks ago and you said you were concentrating on getting a young 1B with MLB eligibility,

Ian Happ got called up, so I was able to be more flexible. I posted in the thread yesterday that I had an open milb slot now.
