Fournette draft position

Where is a good value in Fournette now? Just drafted him at the end of the 7th round in a 12 team ppr league. He doesn’t show up on auto draft due to him being a free agent. Did I get a good deal or did I reach? He’s my RB3

Hard to say until he signs somewhere. As of right now I think that feels like a bit of a reach to me.

I think it is solid. It is a high risk high reward move and busting on your RB3 In round 7 Probably doesn’t kill your team but could pay off huge if he goes to the right team.. Remember he was top 5 rusher on a bad team.

Definitely a gamble, but at that time the other RB’s available for RB3 didn’t have much breakout potential. I’m hoping for trade bait later in the year if he gets volume early on. I’m still wondering if I could have waited longer due to the fact that I had to search for him, because he wasn’t showing up at all on auto draft rankings on espn.

Just as trade bait I don’t see how he’s past a 7th round pick, this years going to be impossible to predict.

Well he just signed with Tampa Bay so expect that to significantly bump his stock

I don’t see how his stock boosts exponentially compared to Jacksonville. Obviously better than being a FA, but if you drafted a week ago his stock is the same

Agree his stock is about the same, but he’s certainly got a much higher ceiling than he did. That Jags O is going to be stinky stinky.

Minshew will have 40+ attempts per game. Get all the shares of Chark that you can. Chris Thompson should be good until he gets injured as well.

7th seems about right now. Analysts online seem to be moving Jones and him down in that range. Hard to predict either back at this point. Sucks for teams that had to draft either before he got cut.

Neither of them are good in the passing game. As we saw last year, Fournette can do it but he’s not very effective. Jones is in the same boat there.
It will be interesting to see how that timeshare shakes out. Decent chance neither is much of a value.

Got Fournette at 86 last night as my RB4. Not expecting much out of him, but I am optimistic he can take over a majority of those touches at some point. At 86 hes worth a stash

I reached and took him in the fifth rd, 12 team ppr. Slim pickins at RB at that point and took him over Montgomery, Singletary, Cohen, Mack and a few rookies.
I think I’ll be forced to start him over JK Dobbins, Sony Michel and Edmonds. Not looking forward doing so week 1.
