What's be cutoff date for games played when making a comparison then?
If you are comparing fantasy player to fanasy player, you look at their averages for 16 games played. That's my original point. Player A's performance in every game where you can earns fantasy points vs player B's.
You don't consider their backup. You could have Ahmad Bradshaw as a backup in your 8 team league or Hardesty as your backup in a 12 team league. You could play in a league with 3 bench spots. There are countless variables.
So yes, Foster averaged 6 more points in 13 games played than Sproles or Nelson averaged in 16 games played.
Britt averaged 6 more than Megatron in the 2 games he played.
Makes sense from a comparison standpoint.
