You don't reward the guy who missed three games by taking his average of the 13 he played. He missed three and scored zero in each for whoever owned him. We are talking fantasy land here.

You fail to realize that in games he doesn't play if he misses time, you can start someone else who will give you points-so in reality, it isn't considered a zero for your team

So we are comparing Sproles/Nelson PPG to Foster/whoever your backup was PPG in your league last year?

I'm saying you aren't comparing apples to apples. You said he averaged 18.9 point per game last year and that you have to factor a zero in to the games he missed. No you don't because you start someone else in that case. The games he played in, he was 6 points better per game than both Sproles/Nelson. I'm not so much talking about that trade offer anymore, I'm talking about the flaw in your calculations.

Kenny Britt played in 2 games in 2011. Averaged 29 points in those two.
He was the best WR in fantasy last year by 6 whole points.

C'mon man, you are better than this. There is a huge fricking difference between 2 and 13 games.
