Championship Game $1700.00 on the line

He is played out. Down 127.4 to 95.5. Have Burrow and Chase playing tonight. Like my chances. Hopefully they don't suck it up. Ready to bring home the Trophy and $1700.00.

I wanna know the decision on this one. This has the makings of a friendship ended lol. You’d most likely win, but still a big enough lead to leave doubt. I wouldn’t be thrilled with a 50/50 split buuuut idk how much I’d throw a fit

I’m in a similar situation, up by a few with Chase but he has Burrow and Higgins, will probably have to wait to see what the NFL decides. Going to be interesting

Depends on the scoring. Looking at the totals seems like this might be a .5 ppr or 4pt passing td qb league. If either of those are the case, I’d say it is very close to 50/50

spaghettioeauxs What is your league doing now that the game is postponed? The guy I'm going against wants to split pot and have Co Champions. I brought up in the league that we use the Average points for the season so for each player. Of course, he didn't like that idea.

I'm the commish for my league and playing for the championship.
Started the game up 48 and he had Higgins and Buf's kicker to play. 99.5% I should win that game so naturally I don't want to split the pot lol. But also if I was in the other guy's shoes, I'd say it was a little F'd up if the commish decided to take it upon himself to call the game giving himself the championship.
So I just posted in our league page the screenshot below from the NFL rule book saying the game MUST be played at a later date and letting Goodell make our decision for us.

I don't have a solution, but I don't like this idea. I have seen others suggest using league avg. Not a fan of that at all.
I would still wait to first see if the game is made up.

I think in that scenario splitting the pot seems very reasonable

So I was winning by 10 when this whole ordeal started but I thought it would be brutally unfair to my friend to tell him tough tits considering he’s never won before and I’ve won twice. We mutually agreed to split the pot and become “co-champions”. We agreed we were fine with 2nd place under normal circumstances but neither of us wanted to come in 2nd based on some newly added, wild concept
