I'm just seeing this. No idea how bad it is or if it is even something to worry about or not.

I don't see it. He was charged with two misdemeanors. Normally, that is not something you get jail time for. To me--and I have not seen the video--the charges mean the girl was not hurt and her phone suffered only minor damage. Seems like he'll get it worked out, plead to something, and miss at most one or two games.

Allen, 34, was charged with DWI and DWI endangering a person, according to online jail records. Both are misdemeanor charges.
