Cole Beasley and Tedd Ginn are available in a couple of my leagues and both have great matchups this week. Josh Reynolds may have some value if Brandin Cooks remains out if the matchup is right.

Pete Carroll jizzing all over Hollister

quote:

He’s just a really good ball player,” head coach Pete Carroll said. “He’s tough as hell. He’s delivering blows and taking hits. Competing like crazy. It shows up. When a guy is really good on special teams and he gives great effort in blocking and he catches the football, that’s a complete package guy.”

quote:

The play that they made for that touchdown pass, Russell see’s that Tartt’s back is to him and he can’t tell what’s going on. So, Russ knows, I got this. Jake kind of had a feel for it. Yeah, just go ahead, we got this guy. They kind of both knew what was happening and he dropped the ball on him to make a beautiful touchdown play,” Carroll said. “Didn’t even look like there was any way you can make that play, but those two guys both thought it could happen and they say it that way. That’s a special guy that adds to Russell. You can just tell. That’s why he’s been able to be part of this thing so quickly and really, in a big way. A heck of a game by Jacob yesterday.”

quote:

“I think Jacob is going to be a tremendous asset for us going down there. I don’t think this is any fluke or anything,” Carroll said.

Oh cum all ye faithful

They were gushing over Dissly the same way. Grabbed him for Kelce's bye next week as soon as I read this.

I think he’s worth a grab for almost everyone if you have a bench spot. I was looking over it and every top 10 TE either has an upcoming Bye week, injury, or questionable inconsistency recently. And if you don’t have a top TE you absolutely should pick him up. If he does what Dissley did he could be averaging 15-18 PPR points. He’s showing that so far

I would imagine it's just rest for the old man late in the season. I don't think he's practiced on Wednesday or Thursday in a while.

Update:

Bill Callahan said Adrian Peterson just had a day of rest. Fine for Sunday.

Wasn't he dealing with an ankle sprain before the bye? Maybe they're just being cautious and letting Guice get the reps.

Kareem Hunt (Pit)
Marvin Jones (Dal)
Curtis Samuel (Atl)

Choose 2 in a 1PPR.

Hoping so. I grabbed him for free two weeks ago after the guy that drafted him dropped him a couple days before for some reason.

ETA: Any chance he could get some goal line carries after Chubb struggled with them last week?

Possibly. And while as a RB you bear some responsibility, especially that many tries, the OL was the main culprit. But the toss on the edge might have been conveted by Hunt.

Matt Stafford didn’t practice again. Not looking good...

Now I get to decide between Marvin Jones catching passes from Driskel and fricking JuJu catching passes from Randolph.

Trying to decide if Fells is worth dropping for Hollister. Fells has been TD dependent, but he’s getting ample end zone targets so it’s been working out...
