With House, Senate and Executive Branch control the party must get in line and pull in unison behind the Trump agenda and execute it with full force! No infighting, undermining or petty BS… fix the economy, mass deportation, trim the fat off the budget and end foreign aide!

Agreed...but given the history of the swamp that is DC, I don't have high hopes.
Things that need to be fixed quickly:
border
inflation
Things that need to be fixed before next 4 years are up:
election integrity (including Jan 6 BS in this)
draining swamp (cut insider trading, term limits, etc.)
paying down national debt
RFK's healthy again agenda
