I said if Dems pick Kamala, it is because they are conceding the election to Trump, and don't want to stain one of their golden boys in a losing effort.
All the money spent is to keep the donors happy

VP - Depending on who you ask, either most solid VP candidates refused to run or Team Obama pushed Walz hard
Big Mike - By the time the switch was made, it was really too late for a non-politician to run
NFL / NASCAR ads - This was a last second choice by NBC because they realized they had major violations of electioneering by putting Kamala on SNL without equal time. Trump benefited by better quality advertising because the alternative was NBC getting absolutely fricked by the FEC, FCC, and others when Trump won.
Endorsements - These papers know Trump is winning and don’t want to unnecessarily piss him off given how things will go vs the first term. The WaPo board being unable to articulate an argument for Kamala other than Trump attacks didn’t help.
Bezos - See above. Going hard left has pigeonholed the WaPp as a Dem mouthpiece and is limiting their reach and circulation. A sop to the right is good business even if it’s disingenuous.

Democrats policies are shite and purposely hurt Americans. Wait until Trump wins and you see how excited the rest of the world is. The great United States of America will be back and everyone will be better because of it.
