elections….Florida counted their shite in 30 minutes. Unacceptable that we can’t go to bed at a decent hour knowing the result.

Remember this when you vote for your Secretary of State.

Why can't all states go to Florida, find out how they do it, and do that. Not that hard, is it?

Georgia has a massive corruption problem. They are doing this on purpose.

Absolutely no reason for it. If Florida can Cali t votes then everywhere should be able too. We need nationwide election reform

Blue wall states as well.
It’s telling that Harris HQ is already saying they’re waiting on the next few days to see how this election turns out.
Everyone can see Trump building a lead TONIGHT but it’s what will emerge when no one’s looking that finishes the election?
Total bullshite.

They need the extra time for cheating.

Because they simply do not want to. A broken system is a useful system for them.

Governor seems useless.

They don’t want to. They want to always have some type of potential margin for cheating.

What do you mean?
Secretary of State is in charge of elections in each state. They hold massive sway on how elections are held and how votes are counted.

Seems like that if the Feds can step in and tell a state what to do because of civil rights or whatever, they they could step into federal elections and mandate that all elections must be contested thusly (like they do in Florida) and all results must be in within X number of hours of polls closing. Or something along those lines.

They got their shite together after 2000

Agreed. GA has been at 90% forever. Fulton county counters about to go brrrrp?
I dont trust GA and PA. Now Dem sent a release saying that it will be 3-5 am before counts are done

Only to the extent that votes must be counted and reported within a couple hours of polls closing. Leave it up to the states as to how to do it, but just get it done.
