But, not the IRS

I know we want revenge and mostof us , me included, cannot stand Hillary and Bill and the whole Clinton, Inc. thing. But, consider the fact that Clinton Inc has been obliterated. Hillary no longer is in a position to shakedown people through the CF so they can get favors at State.

1) the Republicans won
2) John Kerry is something of a boy scout
3) Hillary is a two time loser, she no longer has ANY influence
4)If she were indicted, it would energize the Democrats, their spin machine would kick in and it would re-energize them.
5) Democrats have been curbstomped keep them that way, leave them alone.
6) Obama will be in DC for years to come and he is your new threat...worry about him, because he is a TRUE believer

If Obama wants to give Trump even more of a head start, he'll do this. I don't expect Trump to go after Hillary anyways, but if Obama pardons her the lions are loose.

Interesting. Why would she need a pardon?

Nope not on state or federal levels.

I am willing to bet dollars for donuts that Obama pardons her. For his sake, he can't afford any investigation.

Question is who else does he pardon?? Huma, Posesta, Weiner???

Charge her in State Court

Must be pardoned by the governor

Since it was email and crossed state lines I say you trace it to Alabama and charge her here

I have no problem with Obama pardoning Hillary at all. My hatred of Hillary vanished last night. I just want her to go away.

Free Civics Lesson!!! Here is the last paragraph of Nixon's pardon. This is how you pardon someone for crimes that they may have committed that haven't been uncovered.

Democrats are fairly incompetent on these kinds of matters. Even if Obama pardons HRC, there will probably be a way to interpret the words of the pardon in a manner that will allow prosecution of HRC on one matter or another.

Nixon's wrongdoing was quite singular and focused. HRC and Bill have been shitting all over the Rule of Law for 30 years and there are LOTS of acts of wrongdoing. Obama's people aren't smart enough to craft a comprehensively inclusive Pardon that would cover ALL of the crimes of the Clinton Crime Family.

If I were Trump, I'd appoint a small team and explain their mission: I want her prosecuted. Go through everything she and Bill have done for the last 30 years and find something.

Trump won't bother with Clinton. She's done, going away.

Exactly as I thought.

Obama is tied to her and he would be at risk of prosecution if he didn't pardon her.

He can put her birthdate on there if he wanted to. I doubt he will - because none of her crap pre 2008 involves him.

If he pardons her the date will be the date she was sworn in as sec of state.
There's no telling what illegalities involving foreign policy he's been involved.
