Stuar Varney suggested a blanket pardon for Clinton and her followers involved in her criminal activities. That would be a big disappointment if he did that. I want to see her in an orange jumpsuit and shakles.

We need to find out what was in the emails before a decision can be made.

Can a pardon be made before a conviction is gained?

Justice is best when served slowly and painfully.

We do not. Trump is Hitler, liberals told me so, so we can do what we want. I'm guessing the gas chambers for her and her friends.

Yes. A pardon can occur before a conviction.

Yep. And that's my bet on where it goes.

Fine. Put the ball in Obama's court. Throw some shade on him for a Gowdy DoJ to look at.
BTW, accepting a pardon would be a tacit admission of guilt.

Specia Prosectuor and lock her and everyone else involved up. Nobody is above the law and they need to be made an example of.

Can it be given before charges are even filed?
Can Obama come out and say, "I know Hillary did a lot of illegal things, but instead of investigating them I am going to give her a blanket pardon for anything and everything illegal she has done."?

He can't pardon her until she's been convicted.
Obama will be back smoking cigarettes in Chicago by then.

I better do some googling and educate myself.

I don't know. Obama took a huge hit to his legacy last night. Democrats seen to hold a grudge.

frick THAT.
The "pay to play" / CGI stuff alone ... personally enriching herself while on duty as the SoS ... DEMANDS JUSTICE AND ACCOUNTABILITY.
This is total BS.
Trump vowed to put her arse in prison. I expect him to do just that ... that is part of his fricking mandate.

Not so.
Look at Ford's pardon of Nixon. Nixon wasn't convicted or even charged with a crime.
Ford gave him an unconditional and absolute pardon for an crimes committed as President.

So do Republican's...
One part of the reason MANY republicans have always hated Hillary was her involvement as an Attorney vs Nixon in the Watergate hearings.

The thought of another Clinton or Bush in the White House is sickening. Please Jesus don't let her run again.

Exactly, he better not be to quick on a pardon. He might be left holding the bag!!

Think about how much money he'll get for granting that pardon?
It's a done deal.
