Is a wall on the southern border necessary?

I've been MAGA since my man Carson was ousted but never thought this wall chit was feasible. Hey, enforce the frickin laws, do away with sanctuary cities, fine the hell out of employers who hire illegals and lets install high tech sensors, ground penetrating radar, aerial drones and 10 times more border agents on the border who are trained to use the technology and save a ton of money over building a wall that will just be breached by tunneling under the damn thing. Yes, it is necessary and it is feasible... Most people do not even realize it but a wall was being built in California using National Guard engineer units during their annual training... Served two purposes, training for those units and their required annual training period... Only additional cost? Travel to get them out there...

I've always thought the wall was dead on arrival, but Trump's victory speech last night made it sound like he's about to go all FDR with a Works Progress Administration 2.0, so I'm not so sure anymore.

would love it, but i don't think that's gonna happen. i think it's gonna take a constitutional congress to get all the special interest money out of politics. that's gotta come from the states, but it could happen if people educated themselves on why they're really being screwed and by whom.

Yes. It sends a clear message about illegal immigration. No more gray area political bullshite.
And honestly, if the wall is 50 feet tall and someone climbs it and sneaks in, kudos to that person. At least they would have "earned" it.

Motherfricking THIS! Toss in there that they can no longer benefit from social aid programs and you have the recipe for stopping them from wanting to come here the first place.
Removing the incentive works better than just tossing up another barrier.
