How about $1 trillion in pallets of cash and three or four nukes. Just like the Dims, they can claim they’ll use that trillion dollars for “infrastructure" and “human infrastructure." The Afghan funds are not theirs. The country is run, nearly 75% on foreign aid, and those are the funds that are not being released.
In the case of Iran it was actually their dollars that we had frozen, thats not the case here.
The country cant exist without this funding. This nonsense about extortion and heroin funding the country is just that. It is only enough to fund the taliban itself, not run the country.

Think about this. There are supposedly 7-9 billion dollars left in those funds. Out of all the money that was spent and the aid that went to the Afghan government that amount (7-9 billion) is a very small amount.
Where did the rest of that money go?
