One of us cooks a meal from scratch probably three-four nights a week. I generally do a cooking project Saturday, Sunday or both.
Two-three nights a week we cook something prepared that basically just requires heating - a frozen dinner, hot dogs, premade hamburger patties, packaged pasta and jarred sauce, etc. That's usually in the middle of the week.
Once a week we go out to dinner or get takeout.

Hell yes! Ox tail stew, caribbean rice, and tomato cucumber salad on the menu tonight. We use our crock pot several times a week since fiancee (no pics) and I both work. We splurge twice a month on nice meals out. I got a rotisserie attachment for my Weber for Father's day that I've done few chickens and one Boston butt.

I cook just about every meal at home but will dine out on the weekend and occasionally during the week. I’ve grown to enjoy cooking at home again.

We cook most nights and make our own lunches (retired, but even when working we tried to stick to this schedule). We try to eat out every Saturday night and Friday for lunch. We also have a couple groups that we occasionally eat lunch or breakfast with.

I do almost all the cooking, and everything is mostly self prepared, fresh produce. Week nights are split, two nights complete new meal and two nights where the entrée is pulled from the freezer or leftovers from the fridge.
