I used creatine when in HS and my stepson recently asked about it. My wife is nervous about him taking it.
Any advice as to its safety with teens?

I don't think it's dangerous at all if taken properly and with proper hydration. Biggest worry would be making sure he gets enough water, especially in these hot summer months, if he's working out.

Most researched supplement in history and in 30 years the only side effect found is one must make sure to drink more water.

So yes it's safe. Safe to take at 8 years old much less at 18.

Completely safe. I’m not a doctor.

Safe. I took it 20 years ago when I was in HS.

It's been in heavy use since the mid 90s, so it's safe.

What about for a diabetic (Type 1)? Do yall know anyone with that condition that's taken it and it didn't impact their numbers?

Shouldn't affect your sugar numbers, atleast creatine mono. But I would play it safe and not use it just in case for some unknown reason you are one it does affect.

Your wife should take it. It helps to fix crazy women by improving the methylation pathway.

If you get him on steroids that early it could stunt his growth, cause heart problems, and worst of all make him go bald

I think stunting dick growth by screwing with hormones during prime dick growth years would be the worst side of juicing in high school. Creatine isn't steroids though.

Silly, gear doesn’t mess with the size of your junk, just your nuts.

At 18 years old, the kid probably has more natural testosterone in him than me here at 50 on a massive cycle of Deca/Test so that shite doesn’t even need to be considered. As for creatine, it’s fine. Just hydrate properly while on it.

As a fully developed adult it can cause hypogonadism. Gear can most certainly stunt growth during teenage years when your unit is actually growing.

My freshman took it over the winter for lifting(football). No side effects. My oldest, just graduated took it his Junior/Senior year. No side effects. I used to take it 20 plus years ago. Outside of bad gas, no side effects.
