Why not Tim Tadlock from Texas Tech?

Haven't seen this guy discussed much but I think he would be a great hire. Took over a losing Texas Tech team in 2013 and led them to the CWS 4 times, which is the 2nd most since for any team since 2013 I believe. He's won the Big 12 three times, and was 16-3 in 2020 before the season got cancelled. He won back to back Junior College titles before coaching at Texas Tech as well, and he's "only" 52 years old.
Just wanted to see if anyone else likes this guy, and also wanted to have a thread that's not about Bianco.

He's making at least $1.2MM per year for as long as he wants to coach to at Texas Tech. He's getting paid well and has absolute job security. You can't beat that.

Tadlock is never leaving Texas Tech man, this has been discussed. Also look into stuff like this before positing, because he signed a lifetime contract like a week ago lol.

This is why you don't see a lot of top-tier coaches switching jobs. A lot of the guys at the top have built their programs from the ground up, are getting paid over a million, and don't have over the top pressure.
