What could happen is that Rotherham gets a point at Luton, and then next week they do win 20-0...

They get back to the dressing room just to hear “VAR disallowed Wednesday in the 96th minute. Derby finished 0-0 and they’ll stay up”

3-0 away to a top half side is a hell of a way to finish the season. Hopefully the club keeps growing.

Finished 1 point from safety after losing the first 7 games. Ended the season winning 3 of their last 5. Chairboys will be back.

Yea I thought they’d be lucky to get 30 points earlier in the year

This experience should serve them well

Looks like Wycombe are pondering legal action to have Derby relegated based on their financial mismanagement charges from last year. Seems a guilt determination and punishment for one of the two charges is still tied up in an appeal. Will be interesting to see how this turns out. Macclesfield Town was recently relegated to the Football Conference from League Two based on similar circumstances.

Rob Couhig must have learned how to get his hands dirty running for mayor against Ray “chocolate city” Nagin

Club put out a statement today saying no legal action is being taken. Seems like Derby will just get a fine but no points deduction.

Apparently there’s still a chance that Wycombe stays up and Derby drops

I went to school with Pete and his brothers. Had zero clue he was into this venture. Smart guy, good people. Before covid he was still playing Men’s over 30 rec league at brec, looking like a fat higuain.

Finally able to sit down and watch a Wycombe game - vs Sunderland today. Their home games are wholesome af, wishing happy birthdays to fans in attendance over the PA at halftime . Really need to make it to a match one day, Adams Park looks really cool.

I get their FOTMOB updates. Didn’t realize they are third in League One.

Yeah they’re having a strong season. Massive result vs Sunderland today. Sunderland admittedly looked the better side and were missing a lot of first team players due to Covid and injury, but still did well to hold the draw.

Bump because, thanks to mk dons obliterating Plymouth argyle, Wycombe made the top 6. Two legs against mk dons (who've sadly owned them this year) and then one more match to get back to Championship.

Also can't believe no one mentioned the match at Man City last fall. Up 1 for the first quarter (then gave up 6, but oh well).
