I seriously doubt ole miss offered him more money than lsu did. Highly doubtful.

We enjoyed having him at SMU, as he was able to get decent production out of a very average DL group, minus Elijah Chatman.

My source in tiger athletic department said Mr.Joyner requested the interview and an offered was not extended immediately after the interview. When Mr. Cater accepted LSU's offer, Mr. Joyner turned to Ole Miss.

You source would be right because Jones wanted Carter and O was going to let him have who he wanted on his staff. Carter knows Jones.

I wanted this guy. I think he’ll be able to relate to these kids more. Seems to have some charisma that I think our hire is lacking, but we’ll see I guess.
