Do you use an app to plan your workouts?

I currently use Jefit, but I really want an app that will take my weight lifted and intensity and recommend weights for the next time I do that routine. What apps do you use to track your weight lifted?

I used one that was awesome, but they developer stopped updating it and it ceased to work with the new iOS updates.

I don't know of any apps that recommend how much weight you should lift next session (IMO that's something you should be deciding) but the Strong app will tell you what your estimated 1RM is for each lift.

Beastly App
It combines my fitness pal and has lifting routines. Automatic adds progression and has a built in rest timer.
I’ve been fooling around with it and really like it
Currently doing the Push Pull Legs split and will be trying the full body split when I finish

Anytime Fitness app.
I love it.
You can make your own workouts, the trainers can send you workouts, has rest time, reps, weight, length of workout, and history logs.

I use the Strong app. I like it a lot. It tracks pr's, total wieght, etc. I'm a weight room newbie and it helps.
