Fries should be eaten without sauce honestly. I almost never use sauce for fries and especially not Ketchup. It makes me cringe hard seeing people put globs of ketchup on their fries

#1 favorite way to eat fries: Dip in the leftover hot sauce from wings then dip into blue cheese.

I'm surprised honey mustard hasn't gotten thrown out there yet. I love good honey mustard with fries. Other favorites include chick fil a sauce, pluckers ranch, and sweet heat sauce from popeyes. Like a previous poster, it depends on the fries, i can't pick just one.

Mayo+Mustard with a little hot sauce in there for good measure or a good homestyle ranch dressing.

Brown gravy

First ran into that in Tokyo. Then found out it was a Yankee thing. Ever since then, occasionally, just to irritate the straights ...I order a cup of Brown Gravy to pour over the fries.
