You are wrong, federal employee unions have the right to endorse candidates for public office, they can not do any political activity during work hours or on federal property. The link you provided spells out the restrictions very clearly.

And I told you that I don't have the training to help you resolve your mental issues, but I will still try to point you in the right direction so that you can hopefully find professional help. You clearly fixate on things, as evidenced by your repetitive posting about things that are unrelated to the thread, and your inability to process new information which proves your prior beliefs incorrect. Is this a symptom of OCD? I don't know. But you 100% have an issue with fixation, so start your research there, and then I'd recommend calling a professional Monday morning.

I’m being contrarian here and I’m not a fan of the level of mismanagement of the USPS.
But name one of those commercial services that you can do anything for $0.50.
They are also pretty cheap for international parcels.
