IIRC, unions, but not federal workers can endorse presidential candidates. It is how SEIU and others have done it forever.
Not saying it is right, but I believe it is legal.

What's happening is people are upset with the fact that I'm saying Trump should suspend the elections. They think he won't do it. They think he shouldn't do it.
Thing is though, I've laid out exactly why he could and should.
The justification is all there. It is what should happen. It is what will happen. If the Democrats want to know why it happened, they need only look in a mirror.

The EO should be just not for states that allow mail in votes to be counted.

Say what you will. Click their page. It tells you in plain English that they are in violation of the Hatch Act.
In an ordinary election, yes. These particular people cannot endorse a candidate when they are being asked to basically oversee our entire election process.
This is a matter for the courts and Trump will win.
