Even that is on the low end I would think.
I can see OXY having to put together 2-3 deals to unload all the GOM assets.

Also look for OXY to sell APC's stake in Western Midstream (WES). APC owns 55% of WES common stock (implied $7.6B based on $13.9B market cap).

Maybe...but Oxy had a midstream company in Centurion and sold that off, which included various gather to market lines in New Mexico and W Texas, as well as Oklahoma and other non-operated areas.
