Nope to TMobile.

When I had them, they had pretty good service. It was excellent in town, alittle spotty in rural areas. Definitely worse than Verizon, but not that bad. That's been a couple years ago though, don't know how it has changed

I did this for my wife and I.

While TMobile's coverage is fine in Austin, everything about the process has been a pain in the arse. Their website is the worst I have ever used for eCommerce. I couldn't enter my trade-in devices online so I had to go to a store, where they told me they couldn't accept the devices and I needed to ship them. Then they couldn't process my order for the new devices, so I had to call and get that straightened out. Never got the shipping labels for the trade-in so I called and finally got them. Then they send an email saying my trade-in is different than what they expected and to click a link to the order to find out more. Link doesn't work. I called and get that straightened out and they give me a bill credit for the difference.

Now that all of that is sorted out, I'm hoping they will just autodraft my payments and I never have to speak with them again. But this was by far my worst experience with switching to a carrier.

I agree with this. I went from a 7 plus to the 11 and the only thing noticeably better is the camera which is a huge upgrade. I actually hate that it doesn’t have the fingerprint scanner to unlock and only has face recognition. When I wear a hat and sunglasses it hardly ever recognizes me and I have to type my passcode even though I’ve added multiple face scans.
