Ignored RMUs and got a tie break of 10:36. Was hoping to get under 10 but I didn't push hard enough.

Adjusted rings to get them high enough and did better than expected, but couldn't turn over. Arms still felt like they were going to fall off. On the bright side, I found out how easy they are to adjust, so I'll be practicing a lot more in the future.

Scaled in 14:16

Did 10 rounds of 4 pull-ups and 12 wall balls. Then 80 cal row

I am going to row for 50 cal....then do the 4 and 12......then 30.

I am fat, so 4 pull ups will be my max sets probably. I just hope I dont get too winded and can plug along. I hope to get 16 or so.

80 cals at an easy pace is 5:00, my Karen is 6:15 or so, so I am hoping I can do the 120 in 6, that give me 4 for the 40 pull ups. That is a little optimistic

Pretty sure this is what I will do.

On a weird twist I did the following: 80 cals, 20 WB then 5 PU. I lowered down to 15/5. then 10/4.

Forced to do all cals at once as my rower crapped out and had to be reset. I was scared to stop and start as it may screw up again so I did all 80 in 4:25. Finished in 14:48.
