Walked down to the local BBQ joint to snag some potato salad for the gumbo the BF is cooking. It won't be ready until tomorrow, though, so...

While I was there I grabbed Memphis ribs, brisket, BBQ beans and aforementioned potato salad.

Delicious and hit the spot.

Gumbo will be perfect tomorrow.

I'm browning down a chuck roast for a Mississippi pot roast right now. When that's almost ready, I'm going to put together some aligot and I've got some broccoli I'm going to steam.

I forgot to buy dairy to make ice cream, so it'll be either Moon Drop grapes or some Oreos later.

Almost did some bbq shrimp and French bread with side of cheese grits

But decided I was lazy and just ordered a Chicago deep dish pie I’m about to go pick up

Rouladen, hot potato salad, red cabbage and red wine.
