Rod Walker:

I asked CBS rules analyst/ex NFL ref Gino Steratore about the Brees interception, just for clarification on rule. If contact was made on Michael Thomas before ball arrived, it should've been PI. Brees getting hit on arm isn't same as a tipped ball. Some had asked me about that.

He was also hit in the helmet.... Sooooo

Yeah that entire OT sequence pissed me off more than the INTENTIONAL PI.

It was saying we know we missed it. We don't care. We're still gonna keep ignoring blatant shite

Hit in the helmet.

Then PI the next play.

All after the robbery which should have ended game in regulation.

basically the refs were gonna make us beat them and the rams.

against a decent team like the eagles, we were able to. against a really good team like the rams, its almost an impossible feat.

The refs tried the same shite against the eagles.

I haven't seen a replay yet but at the game, it looked like obvious contact on Thomas as he was in his route. Was the ball ruled as tipped or was it considered uncatchable or was it just ignored?

No doubt on that series the fix was in and they were committed to us losing.

Phantom time out call by refs when Rams play clock expired.

Blatant hold on Ginn

Roughing on Brees/contact to Thomas on the OT pick

"The no-call" on TLL

- there was so many glaring no calls in this game, it begs the question.

It doesn't beg the question for me, folks.

The Rams were selected to go to the SB. The Refs were the "mechanics" that made it happen.

We'll never know all the details. However, it makes logical sense to conclude that money is the reason -- lots of money.

My NFL football fandom and interest is now dramatically reduced. It's a Fraud league and it's a Fake game.

Refs were going to do whatever it took to make sure the Rams won. NFL=National Fraud League.

And should have been a face mask that happened to Goff in the 4th quarter which most likely leads the rams to a 4 point lead. Stop crying!!!!

Ok so let’s say they get both calls right. The saints probably have first and goal, down by 4 with a minute left.... I like those odds

And you are assuming that the Saints wouldn’t have come away with points on the 1st blatant PI by Robey-Coleman.

Spin away all you like. Will never change the fact that the Rams were the beneficiary of the worst non call in sports history

Uh no. Just touching the face mask isn’t automatically a face mask penalty. He didn’t pull on it. It wouldn’t be crazy if they called it but they were also justified in not calling it.

And comparing on a iffy facemask (which get missed all the time) to a extremely obvious PI and helmet to helmet hit is stupid.
