Didn’t. Need to divest myself from caring. I canceled Sunday Ticket 2 years ago due to inconsistency in officiating. Tough because I grew up a die hard fan.

I wouldnt call it sleep. It was more like several long breaks between drinks.

About two hours of sleep.

So pissed still.

Not bad actually. Was hammered by the time I closed my eyes.

Now when the dog woke me up at 5 to go piss, different story. Couldn’t fall back asleep.

I was up until 2am, but once I finally went to sleep I was fine. Now listening to morning sports radio and getting frustrated again.

That’s the worst part, there is simply no explaination for it. Can’t even make one up.

I got pushed before my alarm went off, but no one saw it so I guess it never happened.

I have no problem sleeping. Waking up and remembering what happened does suck though.

I've been watching the Black and Gold since the late 60's, so I KNOW defeat....

THAT being said, it's football, shite happens. I'm already looking forward to next year.

#9 should set a few more records.....I'll be happy, win, lose, or draw.

You know what's up. If we were a goose egg for # of SBs I'd be a little more pissed. I've relaxed some since the SB win. The loss sucks, but we've had some devastating one's over the years.

There was a pic in the BR Advocate in '06 of the Auburn DB clearly holding the Tiger receiver, early in the season. I said, "that's gonna cost LSU in 10 weeks..."

It did.

And, that's just the way football goes.

I'm letdown that the Saints won't get a shot at the big prize this year, and I was really wanting to see Brady and Brees battle it out, and see if the winner was gonna let that be their swan song.

This may be Brady's swan song, and next year, let Brees win it all, and have his!

Didn't get back home til almost 11. Work at 6. Slept pretty good. Woke up even more pissed.. not watching the Superbowl this year. My fanhood for NFL football just regressed to nothing. Maybe I'll shake it off over the off season but that was a f'ng shame.

This! The spin and effort to legitimize a tainted Super Bowl matchup is out in full force. They are talking about anything but the blown call and when they do it’s like “Poop happens. Deal with it.”
