In town for the night and it was almost too easy o get a reservation here. How have the experiences been?

I’ve given them 3 chances and glad my trips were business dinners. Not impressed w food or service. Put it on par w Sullivan’s n BR. Felt the same w Sullivan’s after a lot of trips.

I say that to say - Stabs Prime (to me) is trying to compete w the big steakhouses n town - Ruth’s, Fleming’s, Sullivan’s & Ruffinos (to an extent).
Ruth’s is head and shoulders better than the traditional steakhouses n town.... and Ruffinos is solid for an Italian place that sells beef. I wouldn’t go out of my way for Stabs again. Is what it is.

This. Heard it from more than one person. It’s very pricey and falls short. Ruth’s is your play.

Stabs is the worst by far. Horrible experience. Sullivan’s has better food but not awesome service (sometimes). Ruth’s is the best for food and service.

Ruths is the BEST restaurant in town by far!!!! And the owner of BR Ruths is always in there busting his arse to make the experience the best in town!!!!

I went to stabs once. I remember enjoying the salad and my sides, and then bring extremely disappointed with the steak. The way it was prepared was amateur. I don't think it was seared.

No. That was them. Whatever possessed them to do that is beyond me. I should have kept a link to that fiasco.

You really think highly of Ruth’s. It’s good and can be in the best steak conversation, but I doubt it’s the best restaurant
