For the record my hard core stance doesn't apply to women. Applies to all men though. Women have all kinds of fricked up hormonal fluctuations. Men don't have that shite.

I don't feel like I am doing any men a disservice by calling them on their bullshite. This poor me bullshite needs to stop, especially when it comes to grown arse men.

Carry forward at your own risk,

I've seen several patients who elected to pursue holistic medicines/diets/supplements in lieu of early treatment only to come back a few months later with a inoperable tumor or requiring a vary drastic operation to cure them.

Yea I believe fasting and keto can help with cancer buts you should follow what the doctors say at the same time.

Btw for the record the snake juice guy is way the frick out there on his aids shite. And even somewhat on his cancer stuff. I do not support that.

I only support his calling people on the BS and his fasting approach.

Honestly there really isn't anything to argue. Everything I said is a fact, including the part about being offended.

Only the weak act like they are offended and only the weak talk about "oh my relationship with my food"

And im not being a dick. You know I love you and will support you any way I can, but at some point you need a kick in the dick to wake the frick up. I realize you have been doing good and I realize at your age with no kids and tons of social events it can be hard and peer pressure can be a bitch, just have to man up, tell them to frick off and stick a line in your water so everyone thinks your drinking and they frick off.

I mean - it just had to be posted again

I do think it's a disservice to people if they act like nothing is wrong with the way their brain is wired (be it genetics or learned behavior, or however that issue came to be) and 'man up'. There's power in acknowledging deficincies and working to improve them, be it a food addiction or any sort of addiction.

Please take this with the spirit that its said, because I dont want you to feel like I'm bandwagon jumping on you.
I admire your ability to be transparent about your failures in here, even when people give you shite about it, but a lot of the time I feel like your failure is set up before you begin, because of your attitude towards dieting and food in general, and to some extent exercise as well. I love you, but when you speak it feels like you have a built in excuse before you try in case it isnt successful, and as a fat girl the one thing I know for certain is that once your desire for change becomes greater than anything else, your relationship to food will cease to be a thing. You have to change your mindset, and want the person you see inside yourself more than you want anything else, and only then will success come. because until you really reach that place in your life you will continue to make yourself a victim to your thoughts, wants and desires.
Change hurts, physically, mentally, emotionally. If you're not there yet, then that's okay, but you have to own that you're not there yet, instead of using phrases that a therapist uses because they want you to see things without hurting your feelings. That's the way they handle things, and to most degrees successfully, but over such a long period of time, if you want change you have to grow, and risk and hurt, and let your brain play catch up to your will and determination. It WILL adapt, because that's what humans do best. when you hit the spot where your determination is fed up with your attitude you'll recognize the growth, and be proud of the work, and the pain will be worth it. you just have to get fed up with yourself. Good luck!

just don't get it honestly. How hard is it to take 2 hours out of a week to research instead of watching tv.

B/c there is so much "research" out there nobody knows what to believe. People realize different things affect everybody differently regarding food. Some things help you and I but may not help others. Every type of diet or health fad, and fad was just the best word I can think of, not taking keto lightly, but they all have their "experts" and "doctors" swearing they are the best and healthiest. So people just say frick it and go back to eating how they always have. I'm speaking of vegetarians, keto, and any other health diet out there, people just don't know where to go and what to believe.

It's common God damn sense. Use your brain and look at the research, not an article.

Finally watched it last night.

Pretty much had all the information that most who keep up with fitness would already know

Keto is great for general health and if you can sustain that diet long term it will pay off. For the average person looking for general health and general exercise. This is a great path to go down.

For those who workout for performance powerlifters, crossfit, strongman and athletes. Basically the bigger, faster, stronger crowd its not the optimal diet. Your body when you train like that still will need to tap into glycogen for fuel and carbs can be crucial post workout for muscle growth and strength gains. But the crowd who work out like this are usually already dialed into their diet. There are performance athletes who do Keto but they can intake 150+ grams of carbs before coming out of Ketosis.

The problem with western society is we are always on the extremes of the scale. The answer is some where in the middle. Carbs are not the enemy. If i want rice or a wrap with my meal its not going to do damage. Its all about moderation and self control.
