He doesn't deserve to get the start.

Cam Sanders should start just based on this outing alone.

Dude is mowing down A&M after Gilbert was pouring gas on a fire.

My vote. Move Hilliard to Saturday and Beck to Sunday.

Nah. I wouldn’t disrupt what we have going with Hilliard on Sunday.

I would be happy with that as well. Gilbert has got to go though. He has no confidence and his stuff isn’t there

I agree. Hess, Labas, and Hilliard. I think Labas is ready.

Disappointing after how good Gilbert was late last year. His game against Oregon St. wa phenomenal.

I think it would be good for Gilbert to sit for a weekend to get his mind right

Caleb Gilbert has to go...just like Todd Peterson earlier in the year, the kid just isn't getting it done as a starter. Replace him ASAP! Too damn inconsistent! In fact, he's consistently having bad outings.
Hopefully, he can get it together as a mid-reliever.

It depends on what the coaches are seeing in his bullpens. His stuff merits a weekend starter role, but he hasn’t really found it yet. Are the coaches seeing it come together in practice? If so, they will trot him back out there.

With our pitching depth we don’t have a lot of choices. Everyone is shouting for Sanders or Labas, but How confident are we that those guys can give us consistency? My guess is 0% for Sanders. Maybe Labas.
