Who has some that they need or want to get done but don't feel like dealing with contractor BS or outlandish prices?
I got 3 that I'll have to bite the bullet on at some point: exterior update (synthetic stucco repairs or replace and full paint; lean to roof converted to gable or hip; new concrete driveway and carport).

My wife asked me to build a birdhouse. I just drove to Lowes and bought one

Just some fence boards I busted with the lawnmower.

Had a crepe myrtle get the black mold all over it and scraped up against my shingles for about 3 months...not really sure how to get it off.
Can i lightly power wash shingles, or is that a no go?

I'm working on our kitchen. Painting all the cabinets. They were a natural honey maple with real maple wood. Painting them an off white. Some of the drawers are getting new pulls so have to plug the old holes and remount the hardware.
Rebuilt the vent-a-hood. It didn't cover the entire stove before so I extended it out 9" and basically redid the entire thing.
Our fridge went out. It was a 42" built in. (If you ever think about buying an electrolux fridge, reconsider. They suck). Bought a regular counter depth fridge and rebuilding the cabinet around the fridge. Making a bookshelf on one side of it and an open cabinet above the fridge.
It's been a pretty major project. I've been working on it since Christmas.

Hell yeah I do. Putting a gate across my drive to keep this wild arse chocolate lab from roaming my hood, need to finish some trim in my house (been procrastinating since the flood on getting a contractor so I will do it), need to pressure wash, dig a stump up in the front to replace with a fruit tree, and yard maintenance. I need to be one of those OT ballers that has a multitude of servants after reading all of that.

I just finished my basement and then it was time to put a fence in. I didn't even consider doing it myself after the basement
Now I have to start on the outdoor kitchen.

I watched too much HGTV and decided to paint my cabinets.. man that was a terrible idea on account that I don't know what the hell I'm doing. Never again. I work 7/7 and it looks like I'll be working on this till I go back to work smh.

I put that wood look ceramic tile down, putting in new toilet, painting the vanity, and put tile half way up the wall in one bath. Dragging arse on doing the other bath after realizing how much work is involved.

Spray some bleach. 1 cup to 1 gallon of water. Let it sit for about an hour and rinse off. Repeat if you need to.
Slow progress on my guest house. Working on the upper kitchen cabinet doors.

I had plans to build a cabinet and a shelf tomorrow for the house in Oklahoma. Went to Lowes and their 2x12s were junk. Went to the other lumber stores and they had closed at 1230. I guess it will wait until Monday.

About to upgrade to commercial appliances in the kitchen and redo my 100+ year old floors in the kitchen also. Getting the canopy raised on my 20 live oaks. Refinishing and staining the floors on my shop/outdoor kitchen.

Next time, spray them. I bought a cheap $10 spray gun from HF that does a great job. Did this cabinet yesterday.
