Id probably get more work done if i had a distraction to relax every hour or so. Not like anyone really works for a solid 8 hours every day.
Be more productive with the time I actually spend working.

I don’t know anyone out there, but I would assume that they’re mostly “idea” people in these offices, and also around big deadlines, releases, or problems, they’re putting in 18-20 hour days.
If you have trustworthy people who don’t take advantage, you can do stuff like they do out there.
