Looks like Cajun turkey, mozz, basil and tomato. Turkey caprese?

ETA: Are those sweet red pepper in addition to the tomato? And it does look like sourdough.

Looks like a panini you'd get in California. Maybe a sourdough bread.

The aeration holes in the bread don't evoke ciabatta at all.

I am disappointed in myself that I didn't spot that red onion. I put red onion in/on almost everything I can.

I've had ciabatta that looks just like that. Might not have been the "right" way, but I've certainly had it. It's either that or focaccia.

Darla, I can find an onion! I love them. My addiction is green onions, though.
