So now elderly can go out and steal and use the "I'm old" excuse?

Biden was taking classified documents long before he was senile

You are correct. As a senator and as VP he had been doing it over 20 years without any legal authority to do so. As president ( installed) he had authority but never used it

If we go by how Democrats are treated, you could go and kill any number of people and not get prosecuted so long as they can't ascertain you had intent or that you are a doddering old person with dementia. Then they just let you be President.

More like 50 years. There were documents from the 70s in there.

He also said that he was different from Trump because he was completely cooperative and didn't obstruct the investigation. Didn't this issue come up before in 2017? If he was cooperative he would've turned them over to start with and he knew what he was doing during the VP and Senate years. Bill Cosby didn't get off because a jury was sympathetic to his age and condition.

That, of course, depends on when he became senile. It seems to me that he has had "issues" for a very long time.

We've all been raised to respect our elders. It makes for a polite and respectable, mannerly society. However, as I am starting to benefit from senior discounts, I am starting to notice that becoming elderly doesn't make someone worthy of respect.
A young asshat eventually turns into an elderly asshat. He's elderly and acts like a doddering old fool, and may even seem harmless, nonetheless, at his core he is an asshat and that trait will always come to the surface. There are plenty of wrinkled, white haired folks who are simply asshats and undeserving of any respect. Quid Pro Joe is the poster child for this demographic.

I saw 2017 earlier and I do not recall this issue coming up then. Did the Democrats get him off then by claiming it would be Trump jailing his political enemies?

To be fair just go to a Democrat run city and steal whatever you want. You don’t have to be old at all.
