I seem to recall reading something about the tallest building in Dubai compared to Empire State Building. If you jumped off the skyscraper in Dubai you would free fall for 7 seconds before reaching top of Empire St building.

Not trying to hijacker’s your thread. Just something I recalled reading.

There's been a net on that bridge for years.

This reads like you told ChatGPT “create a thread on the OT.”

If you go to the top on the tourist trap trip you have to change elevators way up high like at the 80th floor and once I went over and peeked outside of one. No gate, no bars, just a straight drop 80 stories down. So no, it is not hard to jump of the ESB but it is impossible to do from the observation deck. BTW the ESB is a functioning office building, the offices on those floors, those windows can be opened.

IIRC, the woman in the photo didn’t die instantly.

Her last words were, “Jeffery Epstein didn’t kill himself”

Probably would be easier just to slip on some human shite on the sidewalk there and crack your head open.

still happens way too much

There is a special spot in hell for the assholes that wait right before rush hour traffic and jump off an overpass into the freeway to have his body pulverized to mush.

My uncle Mortie was going to jump from the ESB, but the $44 ticket price was too much.

Didn’t realize it was that much.

Probably explains why people don’t jump from it as much as you’d think.
